Md. Mahmudul Hasan (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Rajshahi, Bangladesh, in 2019 and 2024, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, RUET, where he previously served as a Lecturer. He also held a Lecturer position with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Prime University, Bangladesh. His current research interests include multi-objective metaheuristic optimization for controller tuning and energy management in renewable-integrated power systems, disturbance observer-based control system design for renewable energy applications, and virtual inertia emulation and frequency stabilization in converter-dominated microgrids. He also serves as a reviewer for several international journals and conferences.
